When you use QuoteFlow we collect account data, business data, payment references, usage data, uploaded company logos, and contract signatures.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to provide QuoteFlow: operating your workspace, processing payments, sending transactional emails, providing support, and improving the platform based on anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond providing QuoteFlow.

4. Your Clients' Data

When you add clients to QuoteFlow, their contact information is stored securely in your workspace and processed only on your behalf to deliver the service.

5. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. All data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and workspace access controls isolate tenant data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you permanently delete your account, all your data is deleted from our systems within 30 days. Billing records may be retained as required by law.

7. Third-Party Services

QuoteFlow uses third-party services including PayNow, Supabase, Render, and SMTP email delivery. We only share the minimum data necessary with each provider to deliver the service.

8. Cookies

QuoteFlow uses essential session cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

9. Your Rights

You can access, export, correct, or delete your workspace data. To exercise these rights, email info@eyedeadigital.com.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
