Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

QuoteFlow is a software-as-a-service platform developed and operated by Eyedea Digital Solutions, a business in Zimbabwe. By registering for and using QuoteFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. The Service

QuoteFlow provides tools for service businesses to create professional quotes, manage contracts with digital signing, generate invoices, accept payments via PayNow, track projects, and capture leads. Features available depend on your subscription plan.

3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is for one business entity. You must be at least 18 years old to use QuoteFlow.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to create quotes, contracts, invoices, leads, and payments. No payment is required to start your trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using QuoteFlow. Your data is preserved.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

QuoteFlow offers monthly subscription plans including Solo and Company. Extra team members on paid plans are billed per person per month at the displayed add-on price.

All paid plans are billed on a 30-day cycle. Payment is processed manually via PayNow. Prices are in USD.

6. Late Payment & Grace Period

If payment is not received by your billing date, your account enters a 7-day grace period during which full access is maintained. If payment is not received within the grace period, your account is suspended.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page within your account. Access continues until the end of your current billing period and your account moves to the Free plan after the period ends.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software services, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments already made. If you believe a payment was made in error, contact us within 7 days and we will review your case.

9. Your Data

You own all data you enter into QuoteFlow. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the QuoteFlow service. Upon permanent account deletion, all your data is removed from our systems within 30 days.

10. Client Data & Privacy

When you use QuoteFlow to send quotes and invoices to your clients, you are responsible for having the right to share your clients' information with us for processing.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use QuoteFlow to conduct illegal activity, send spam, copy or resell the platform, impersonate others, upload malicious code, or attempt to compromise platform security.

12. Availability & Uptime

We aim to keep QuoteFlow available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, hosting issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary downtime.

13. Limitation of Liability

QuoteFlow is provided "as is." Eyedea Digital Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform.

14. Intellectual Property

The QuoteFlow platform, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Eyedea Digital Solutions. Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
